This is the Mercury powerful 150 HP 4 stroke Outboard Engine.
Mercury’s 150hp is the top re-powering option for smaller boats due to its light weight (lightest in the industry) comparing to other 150hp outboards.
Even though its light, its displacement CC is at a powerful 3000cc, this type of displacement only comes with 200 to 250 hp engines.
Bigger displacement means better hole-shot and better acceleration.
The great thing is the efficient fuel consumption using EFI Electric Fuel Injection. Saves fuel with optimum power.
The US Coast Guards uses Mercury engines and our very own Singapore Coast Guards are powered by Mercury Outboards engines. They are using Triple Engines on their Fast Interceptor boats.
